About
Sarah Gladstone
After a decade of contemplating death work, I took a leap in 2022 and enrolled in Alua Arthur’s, Going with Grace End of Life training program. This course gave me a framework with knowledge and practical tools on how to support those who are planning for and experiencing the end of life. This work is personal - I’ve watched my family navigate the complexities of end of life decision-making. The results were not always the “best death” we hoped for. I quickly realized we were not alone; millions of families were having similar experiences. I feel called to help individuals and families through this experience we will all embark on. My mission is to empower, educate, and guide families through the dying process, helping them navigate grief, celebrate life, and embrace the natural cycle of dying with dignity and care.
With my decade-long experience in project management in the nonprofit sector, combined with my end of life volunteering experience, I will be able to keep your information organized, facilitate honest and challenging conversations, and be a compassionate and nonjudgmental ear.
When I’m not working with folks, I can be found hosting community conversations around death and dying, training for my latest road race, or planning the next Sunday supper.
