End of Life Guidance & Advance Care Planning

  • Assist in Advance Directive paperwork (Living Will).

  • Discuss what an ideal end of life looks like for you.

  • Facilitate discussions around end of life preferences between you and your loved ones.

  • Organize important information and planning documents, contacts, sensitive information, etc.

  • Advocate on your behalf for your final wishes to be fulfilled.


After Death Planning & Support

  • Research options around funerals (including nontraditional ceremonies), home funerals, memorials, and final disposition options in your state.

    • Body disposition options in the state of Massachusetts include: Burial/Entombment, Cremation, Green Funerals/Natural Burial, & the Anatomical Gift Program).

  • Make calls and liaise between parties (funeral homes, cemeteries, places of worship, etc.).


Sitting Vigil

  • Sit at the bedside, or "vigil," with the dying person during their final days and hours.

  • Co-create meaningful end of life rituals for loved ones to participate in.

    • Be a supportive presence and offer quiet companionship or heartfelt conversations.

    • Explore fears around dying together.

  • Legacy Projects

    • Co-create a special gift for those to remember them by.

      • Including, but not limited to: letter writing, a life review, photo album, recipe book, art making, etc.

  • Grief Guide

    • Offer emotional support as you process feelings of grief.

  • Funeral Celebrant

    • Coordinate a personalized celebration and preside over the ceremony as a funeral celebrant.

    • Plan a “Living Funeral” or "Celebration of Life."
